So, Alberto Gonzales was waiting at my gate. I don't know why. I think he was seeing his sons off for their flight. Either that or he was personally planting wire taps on the plane to illegally spy on US citizens. I'm putting the odds at about 50/50 there.

2:35 pm - State of the Union
Well, over in Marvel Country, the Civil War is in full swing. It is stupid dumb in premise and execution. Luckily Eternals is good to the last drop, and X-Factor is pretty awesome too. Still, in the spirit of Civil War related photoshops, I present my own works. I think maybe one of you out there will actually get these.

In the spirit of the I'm With banners
Drop Bears!!!!

Also, even Steven Colbert of the Colbert Report weighs in on the issue

Hrmm, well, that is about all.

4:51 am - the curious instance that is sunrise
So, it's 4:51 currently, of the AM variety, and I realize that the lack of sleep that I shall be feeling in 3 and one half hours will make me regret staying up and doing nothing. Well, not exactly nothing, but pretty much things that are best not uttered in polite company. And no, it's not the first thing you think of when I say that. Or for that matter second. Let it just be put that the internet is a priceless treasure trove of information in regards to all subjects, including You.

Oh, and I'll upload the next issue of Superman Red Son while I am at the working type place in a few hours, since I know you have all been so patiently waiting for it.

Also, for all those interested in either Nikola Tesla or David Bowie (which between the two of them should capture the interest of most of the reading public of this internet publication) I hereby present onto you this following morsel of things to come: The Prestige (also, for those on a especially big Tesla kick [and afterall, who hasn't been there], may I further point you towards Five Fists of Science , which looks like a delightful read [my own copy shall be arriving shortly])

provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution.... yes, that song is stuck is my head

Once again, I am the adminstrative assistant to David Masselli PC. It's a good job, pays well, dosn't really eat my soul or anything like that. I liked X-3. Yes, there were huge logical inconsistencies and it completely gave Cyclops the shaft (well, all the movies have been), but it was still so much better then what I expected. Yes, the Fastball special was still sort of lame looking, but Beast made up for that. I would have prefered that Juggernaut used a different line (I would have voted for either "Silly bitch, your weapons cannot harm me, don't you know who the fuck I am? I'm the Juggernaut Bitch!" or perhaps my personal favorite "No, but I'm 'bout to kill this bitch. I'm about to fuck her in the ear, BLOW HER BRAINS OUT, 'cause I'm the goddamn Juggernaut, bitch; Ima' break ya in half. Ha ha!").

AS for Ghost Rider. Well, the crux of that movie is whether a guy in leather with a flaming skull looks either cool or really dumb. If he looks cool, then the movie will work. I mean come on, it's a guy with a flaming skull driving a motorcycle and killing people with chains. Who cares about plot and stuff, it has the father from Grounded For Life, he was also in Blade... see, it is all coming together. OR Ghost Rider looks dumb, and nothing can save that movie. It could be the best movie ever written, it won't be saved by the fact that it's protagonist looks like something a 8th grade doodles on their binder when bored. The jury is still out on whether Ghost Rider looked cool in the preview. There was some incidents of definite coolness, but there was also signs of lameness. We will just have to wait and see.

Also, here's a little gift to all my friends who like either socialism or comic books (or a double lucky gift for those who like both).
Superman: Red Son #1 )

7:47 am - Enough is Enough I've had it with this Midterm.
I think I'm a bit closer to understanding the concept of Marxian Alienation thanks to Intro to Drawing. My hands ache and seem to have become permanently charcoal stain. But it's done, by which I mean I have put enough work into it as to feel that I do not wish to work on it any further and have reached a stopping point that will atleast hopefully yeild a decent grade. Then I went to McDonald's for Breakfast ... and earlier for dinner ... and then even earlier for lunch. It was one of those running around a lot sorts of days that ended up by coicedence having me frequent the Golden Arches. I feel kinda naseous thinking about it though that might just be the feeling of on again off again naseau I've had since I returned to school. In less then an hour I must journey to Drawing to participate in evaluations. Then I'm going to sleep till 6. Then I go to get my room for next year, packing a 78, I should be doing okay. Hopefully a Medburry single (as one can always hope and pray). If not that, then a Geneva single. Then, after housing, more unconscious time, it's my present to myself. Oh, and in there somewhere, I have to take dictation for Betsy. So maybe not so much unsconscious time. Oh well. This is getting a bit wordy and dragging on and all that what not... learned some very very surprising facts about Sodexho from Charley the security guard that will very much interest Mr. Freedman and Gigi. Now for hygiene!

3:10 am - THE HERO OF CANTON. THE MAN THEY CALL JAYNE
So me and ten shots of Captain Morgans went to Beta last night for a party. It was to celebrate the one and twentieth anniversary of Charles Moffet's birth. Heavily fortified with fermented molasses and cane juice, it should be noted that a significant amount of typical inebriated collegiate behavoir did occur. There was yelling, singing, and atleast one incident of someone awkwardly touching me. But this report does not have to do with drunken chicanery, it has to do with something more pressing. Even absent of my wits, I am still a trained sociologist. The agency of social science flows through my veins, it calls to me like the sea calls sailor. Despite the elevated blood acohol levels, I still know that one of the best ways to insure validity is through triangulation. Multiple observance of data leads to a better understanding of the phenomena and prevents personal subjective biases from corrupting data. Simply put, I need to know whether Bobby leaving with a girl tonight was horrofying reality or simply a vivid alcohol induced hallucination.

12:22 am - Goodbye Darcha
Well, I was saying I was do it, and I did it. I canceled my World of Warcraft subscribtion today. I just didn't have the time this semester between friends and school work to log onto that magical fantasy world of fat loot and corpse camping fucktards. I will pick it back up come summer, after all, I'll need something to do during work.

9:16 am - The January that thought it was September, and other tales of Winter
Tom Judd has a cell phone. This would explain the sudden cold snap that has affected the North East as I am quite certain that Hell hath frozen over.
My classes so far seem time consuming and fantastic, but I shall most likely be singing a different tune come March.
X-Men Legends 2 was... well, perhaps not disapointing, but a bit frustrating. For one thing, there doesn't seem to be enough enemies, I remember in the before times of X-Men Legends when wave after wave of enemies assualted the team who defends a world that hates and fears them. Also, I just don't feel Wolverine is cutting it, perhaps I shall switch out to another character. We'll report on this more as it develops.
It is definitely good to be back, seeing the Crew, and the former remnants of Food House (perhaps I shall dub them, Food Housers in Exile), and of course, forgive my mushyness, the girl I adore.
Well, I have an hour till my first class, it seems to be the perfect time to obtain a bagel and read the news.

I am so tired that I feel like I am going to throw up. Well, feel is not the correct term for any thing that occurs to me at the moment. I don't really feel. My body percieves a sensation but then it travels through ten thousand miles of static to reach my brain some indeterminate time later. It's like my body and my mind are communicating through tin cans with string. The saddest thing is that while I sit here and say "Never again", we know next finals period I'll be doing it again. I am done, I am finished, and it has finished me.

I forgot how good staying up all night makes you feel.... and then how wretched it makes you feel after you manage to get to sleep. I plan to do it more often though, partly for finals, partly for... well I don't know, I liked it I guess.

I almost have enough gold for my epic mount. That won't mean much to most of my readers, but it is important to me.

There was a small flood in my room today, it seems that when I turned down my fridge's cooling level (somehow it got set to max 10, freezing all the food I had in there) that it dethawed what must have been a large amount of ice inside of it. What promptly became a large amount of water on my floor. So that was an interesting morning adventure. Also... i like my illegal space heater, it is nice, especially when figured out how to not short out the floor while using it. But it's good to know that when I need to I can blow a fuse for the top floor of Medburry E block.

And now for a Worlds of Warcraft/ Zen Buddhism joke, ie, if you don't have knowledge in both areas the joke will be less funny. Wow, I'm playing to a very limited audience here. Anyway, here it goes.

A 60 came to the Sage and asked "Do Tauren's have Buddha nature?"
The Sage responded /moo

Now to go outside without a jacket.

I shouldn't be up this late. but a series of unrelated events all conspired and now here I am at dawn, awake and dreading being awake in 4 hours. I had a long thought about good and evil tonight and how the matter of intent factors into it all. Is it still a good deed if you don't do it freely? Did you do the right thing because you were forced to? Did you really need to ninja that Wall of the Dead from the warrior he needed it more then you? If you did, why did you then break down and equip it when I leaned on you in Ogrimmar? Is evil merely in the intention or can even an unintentional act have a sense of palpatable evil?

I sliced my thumb on my pants of death. It hurts and stings. Stupid pants. A dinner of brie and bread again, oh the jaunty life of a midnight warrior. I belong to the night. I really do wonder how I am going to make it in this crazy fast paced diaurnal world. Probably with some sort of hair brained scheme, hairiest of the hair brained! I'm just rambling now. I think the tiredness is catching up with me.

I wanna get through this week and it hasn't even begun. That's not a good sign. I guess I'm just really looking forward to this weekend. Operation: Jack Stack is go for saturday, and there has been rumblings in the wings about a supposed veiwing of the Corpse Bride this Friday. Oh Tim Burton, you are so gay sex for Johnny Depp, it's down right adorable.

My brother sent me a letter on friday, it was really sweet. I hope he has a better time in school then he did last year.. or for that matter, the last five years.

There is a certain amount of certainty that comes without having choices. Perhaps even a contentment in knowing you have no say in it. This line of thinking sprung up when I was going through friends's journals. Everyone thought about transfering. No one seemed happy nhere, some still aren't. I never did think about transfering. I never figured I could. And in an odd sense, that gave me a lot of contentment. Is it really a crime to settle? I don't know where I'm going with this, it is very very early. I think I was going to talk about potential, the morality of inaction, and whether or not I can really claim anything without experience. I love experiential knowledge, but it makes me feel like such a moron, since in the scope of things, I have experienced very little. I've been in this world 21 and half years, and I don't think I've even scratched the surface of what there is out there for me to know and experience. I've never been to Nebraska nor do I really know how circuitry works. But then again, is experience really the end all be all of knowledge? No, it can't be, but what is then? I mean... well, I don't know exactly what I mean, this is all a bit too stream of consciousness. And really, the important thing to ponder is could a viable sitcom be made about the adventures of sanitation workers? I mean 6 ft under made undertakers hip and cool, and about every aspect of the legal and medical field has it's own drama. I liked Law and Order: District File Clerk myself, very gripping, I was on the edge of myself when O'Learry seemed to have misfilled those 10-82s/ See, that was a humourous joke. Laugh damn you, laugh!

I like World of Warcraft. I hit 60 two days ago, and it turns out the game has only just began. I've began to experience whole new dimensions of frustration and impotence, not to mention the glorius interaction with the most deviant of social rejects. I really do love it. Soon I'll have my Flawless Arcanite Rifle. Look at that bad boy, 31.2 damage per second. DPS, we deliever.

Well, I need to sleep now. Bye Bye.

If I were a Shakespeare character I'd like to think I was Mercutio.
